Aby Vulliamy is a Senior 2 Music Therapist, registered with the Health Professions Council (see Arts Therapists Register section). She gained her post-graduate diploma in professional Music Therapy at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2002/3, and is now based in Glasgow. Aby is a member of the Association of Professional Music Therapists and the British Society of Music Therapy. In August 2006, Aby was appointed as a lecturer in Music Therapy on the MSc (Nordoff Robbins) Music Therapy training course at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh.

Community Music Services:

Aby has also been involved in a range of community music projects including several collaborations with Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art, North Glasgow Community Food Initiative and Sounds of Progress.

Training and Practical Workshops:

In addition to her clinical practice and community work, Aby facilitates experiential music workshops and music therapy training sessions within educational, health and social settings.
